The Ground Operator is an actor interacting with the IFE System. According to the [MCB] All Missions and Capabilities, its main mission is to Provide Administration Means and Runtime Management and he has the following capabilities : Update Entertainment Offer and Provide Access Management Control.
He is allocated to the following system Functions ;
- Configure the System
- Update Media Content
- Launch and Analyze Tests
- Set Passenger Service Authorization
